Learn About Ghosts
GHOST - the spirit of a once living being mostly humans or animals.
The reasons why ghosts haunt locations is usually because they has lost their life (possibly a murder, an accident, a suicide) there or they are attached to an object at that place.
There is two types of hauntings; residual and intelligent haunting.
A residual haunting is when a ghost or spirit has no idea its dead or anything in its surroundings that had changed. They think their alive and in there own time period. This type of haunting happens over and over much as if someone replayed a video again and again. It usually can’t talk or interact with another human.
An intelligent haunting is when the ghost or spirit knows that they are dead and there surroundings had changed. They haunt the location as if they were still alive. They can talk and interact with humans.
Other familiar spiritual activity can be an inhuman case being an angel or demon.
Depending on religion usually demons are bad entities and are spirits of the devil. Angels are said to be from heaven and sent to help people.
Demons can possess a person or animal and hurt them in usually a mental way. It can usually be cleared or removed by preforming an exorcism; when the person is blessed by a priest. As an example, the movie “The Exorcism” is based off a demonic possession.
A poltergeist is a spirit that can only present its self by moving or destroying objects. In some reports it can also write messages. Sometimes a poltergeist can be evil and do a lot of damage and could hurt a person physically.
Animals are supposedly very sensitive to paranormal activities. Sometimes they will react to a presence that humans can’t see.
A psychic medium is a person that is sensitive to paranormal presences and can see what happened in the past that may of caused the haunting.
GHOST HUNTING - investigating a location that is reportedly haunted by ghosts by using technology and equipment to catch evidence of the paranormal.
Equipment such as:
the EMF Detector - EMF stands for Electro Magnetic Field; spirits are known to use that energy to form into an apparition, to move objects, or create sounds.
the Voice Recorder - records EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) which spirits will make sounds or say words for evidence.
the Video Camera - records video evidence; ghosts can appear in videoss as apparition, mists, shadows, sounds, moving objects, etc.
the Camera - takes photo evidence, ghosts can appear in photos as apparition, mists, shadows, etc.
the Thermal Camera - takes heat censored video; spirits can take form in heat.
the Digital Thermometer - senses the temperature in the air; ghosts can make temperatures raise or drop.
Other equipment used are flashlights and walkie talkies.
